Educational Tracking Software for Hospitals
PRINTOUTS - Reports and Forms
Here we have included some of the many reports and forms you can printout using the Edu Tracker software system. Many of these forms and reports are great to automate some tedious administrative tasks. These reports will also help keep hospital Joint Commission records up to date.
Attendance Sign In Sheet - This form helps with orientation and administration of classes and seminars. This form helps track attendance, attendee mailing address, employee ID number, department, classification, license, license expiration date, CEU, and if applicable amount paid for course.
Certificate of Course Completion - The tracker system will automatically use the database info to print out a certificate of completion for each attendee.
Class Evaluation - The class evaluation printout will help to track and total the overall class response on their evaluation forms. Both overall class evaluation and instructor evaluation totals are presented on this printout.
Class Participation by Department - This will show how many people from each department participated in any one class.
Department Managers Report by Class - This printed report will show you who, and how many department managers have attended a required class.
Individual Class Profile - Report on any individual employee's continued education history. Including course date (past and future), pass/fail, CE's, and class type.
Instructor Recap - Track class statistic by instructor. Prep time, class hours, number of students in each class, percentage of student failures, total income generated by instructors classes, class name and class code.
Participant Listing by Class - Report generating a list of attendees in any particular class. Info includes attendee name, department, classification, home phone, and work phone.
Mandatory Non-Compliance - One of the more powerful tools in dealing with Joint Commission. Helps to quickly identify what hospital employees are out of compliance with their required classes (ME1, ME2, etc) and continuing education.
Outside Class Report - For employees whom attend classes and seminars OUTSIDE of the hospital. Tracks course date, employee name, employee job classification, class name, class type (ME1, CPR-ALSI, etc), CEs, Hours, Facility whom provided course, and provider number.
Poster - Quickly and easily create flyers and posters for all classes offered by the hospital. No need for extra graphics software to create advertisements.
